Shaloo Garg
Managing Director of AI, Late Stage Startups & Unicorns, Microsoft

Shaloo Garg is Managing Director, Startup Partnerships based out of Silicon Valley and Global Lead for Microsoft Global Social Entrepreneurship Program. She brings a combination of strong startup, investment, enterprise, strategic partnership and corporate development experience. Previously, at Oracle, Shaloo was a Partner, Global Oracle Innovation at Oracle where led the Global Corporate Innovation practice of commercializing revenue opportunities for AI startups into enterprise customers and partner ecosystem. She has also led go-to-market for Oracle’s Cloud business and was in M&A team that acquired Peoplesoft, Siebel, Retek etc. Prior to joining Oracle, she was in a couple of early stage startups. Shaloo is passionate about Tech for Good and is President , BOD at UN Women, Silicon Valley , a “Champion of Innovation” at UN Women advocating and building programs to increase opportunities for educating young girls in developing economies. Shaloo was recently announced as the BOD at NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center focused on Data &AI.  Shaloo strongly believes that technology is the strongest catalyst for driving change for social issues like hunger, poverty, STEM education, clean water, energy, sustainable cities etc in developing and under-developed economies. Shaloo is a Guest speaker at Stanford University and is an MBA from Delhi University with specialization in Innovation and Design Thinking from Stanford d.School.
