Rachel Xie is an international business leader with over 15 years of experience driving global growth across technology, internet, cloud, and digital businesses. During her tenure at Tencent, she has played a key role in the international expansion of Tencent’s flagship products, including WeChat, Tencent Advertising, QQ Browser, and Tencent Cloud.As General Manager of Tencent Cloud Middle East, Rachel oversees the region’s overall business development, including P&L, strategy, sales, solution architecture, channel ecosystem, operations, and marketing. She leads cross-functional teams across Dubai, Riyadh, and other regional locations, driving Tencent Cloud’s growth in one of the company’s key strategic markets.In parallel, Rachel serves as General Manager of Operations, Channel Development & Marketing for Tencent Cloud International, leading teams across Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Europe, and the United States.
