Beth Ahlering

Dr. Beth Ahlering is a senior executive education leader, management consultant and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience helping organisations navigate leadership, transformation and change. She is currently Regional Managing Director for Strategic Projects, Asia and the Middle East at Duke Corporate Education, where she leads the regional client portfolio and team. She also serves as a Non-Executive Director on theBoard of the Institute of Directors (IoD).Previously, Dr. Ahlering served as Director of Executive Education at Cambridge Judge Business School, following earlier leadership as Director of Custom Programmes. She has also held senior roles at Duke Corporate Education, including Regional Managing Director for Europe and Managing Director, where she led major client portfolios and contributed toDuke CE's advisory, digital and learning innovation agenda.Earlier in her career, Dr. Ahlering spent more than eight years with KPMG UK in People and Change and worked as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting. Across her career, she has advised clients in financial services, healthcare, technology, education, government and regulated sectors, with particular expertise in organisational behaviour, culture and change, leadership development, learning strategy and large-scale transformation. Her work hasspanned the UK, US, Middle East and Asia.Dr. Ahlering holds a PhD in Business from the University of Cambridge, an MSc in Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BSc in Psychology and Area Studies from Duke University. She is also an accredited executive coach and a Prince2-certified project manager, and is passionate about personal transformation and expanding access to education through technology and personalised learning.
